Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you pay the difference for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the new price takes effect at your next billing date.

Sign up and start a 7-day trial with card verification. You get full access, including AI Coach, during the trial window. If you cancel before trial end, you are not charged and return to Starter.

Each AI Coach message costs credits: 4 credits for a Sonnet (deep analysis) message, 1 credit for a Haiku (quick answer) message. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Active paid subscriptions can also purchase top-up credit packs that never expire.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never access your broker credentials — the EA only reads trade data and sends it to our servers. We cannot place, modify, or close trades on your account (unless you enable EA Alert Actions).

Yes. Cancel from your Billing settings. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you’re downgraded to Starter. Your data is retained for 90 days in case you re-subscribe.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you’re not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds are issued, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
