This Refund Policy governs all payments made to BacktestPro LLC ("we", "us", or "our") for access to the RawTrade platform at rawtrade.app. It applies only to paid subscription plans. The Free tier incurs no charges and is not subject to this policy.
Charges only occur when you explicitly select a paid subscription plan at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. All payments are processed through our authorized payment provider.
RawTrade offers a single 7-day free trial with full plan access, including AI Coach. Card verification is required to start the trial.
What you owe at signup and during the trial window is shown at checkout by our billing partner (Whop) before you confirm. At the end of your trial, your account automatically downgrades to Starter (free forever) unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. You are never charged for a paid plan without completing checkout.
AI Coach credit top-up purchases are non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. When you cancel a monthly subscription:
Exception: If you were charged due to a billing error, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of timing. See Section 6 (Billing Errors) below.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment for 12 months of service at a discounted rate.
Exception: Billing errors are always eligible for investigation and refund regardless of the 14-day window. See Section 6 below.
Upgrades
When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, a prorated credit for the unused days on your current plan is applied immediately toward the cost of the new plan. You will only be charged the difference.
Downgrades
When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the current period. No prorated refund is issued for the difference in plan cost during the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, you were billed after cancelling, billed the wrong amount, or billed for a plan you did not select) please contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@rawtrade.app.
We will investigate the charge promptly. If a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a full refund of the erroneous amount within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via your original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
If BacktestPro LLC terminates your account without cause (i.e., not due to a violation of our Terms of Service), you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current subscription period. This refund will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in your billing cycle at the time of termination.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.

We will respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed through our payment provider and should appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
