BacktestPro LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the RawTrade platform at rawtrades.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. By using RawTrade, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data with transparency and care.

Account Information

• Email address (required for account creation)
• Display name and profile details you optionally provide
• Authentication credentials (passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text)
• Google OAuth profile data if you sign in via Google (name, email, profile image)

Trading Data

• Trade history synced from MetaTrader 5 via the RawTrade EA (entry, exit, symbol, size, P&L, timestamps)
• Manually imported trades via CSV upload
• Account configurations (account name, size, type, prop firm)
• Trade journal notes and tags you add within the platform

Usage Analytics

• Pages visited, features used, and session duration (aggregated, non-identifying)
• Browser type, operating system, and general geographic region
• Error logs and performance data to improve the Service

Billing Information

• Subscription plan and billing status (managed by Stripe)
• We never store your full credit card number — payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the RawTrade Service
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Display your trade data, analytics, and performance metrics in the platform
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your trading data to train machine learning models, benchmark against other users, or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform hosted on AWS in the United States. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

We implement row-level security (RLS) policies in our database, ensuring that each user can only access their own data. No user can view another user's trading data or account information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share limited information with the following service providers solely to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
• Vercel — web hosting and deployment

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not authorize them to use your data for any purpose other than providing their services to us.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BacktestPro LLC or others.

We retain your account data and trading records for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (such as billing records, which are retained for 7 years as required by US tax law).

Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (with no personally identifying information) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, or CCPA (California). These include:

• Right to Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to Deletion — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to Restrict Processing — request that we limit how we use your data
• Right to Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests

RawTrade is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be shown at the top of this page.
